The service terms for restaurants using BeBee Order, including account use, plan billing, customer responsibilities, service changes, and contact guidance.
For contract, billing, or package questions, contact sales@order.bebee.com.mm before relying on the service for a new rollout.
These terms apply to the use of BeBee Order by restaurants, operators, managers, and authorized team members that access the service.
Any specific commercial agreement, package quotation, onboarding scope, or support commitment provided directly to the customer will work alongside these terms.
The service must be used only for lawful restaurant and business operations. Customers must not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, or attempt unauthorized access to any other account, system, or data.
Each restaurant is responsible for how its staff members use shared devices, passwords, dashboards, or ordering tools connected to its account.
Package pricing, included order limits, support scope, and overage rules follow the active plan shown on the website or separately confirmed during sales and onboarding.
If a plan changes, renews, or includes a longer commitment, the commercial details should be reviewed with BeBee Order before the change becomes effective.
The customer is responsible for keeping restaurant details accurate, giving correct menu and branch information, reviewing setup outputs, and ensuring staff use the system according to internal operating rules.
The customer is also responsible for local compliance obligations connected to restaurant operations, payments, tax, labor, or consumer communications.
BeBee Order may improve, update, or adjust parts of the product, support workflow, or onboarding process as the service evolves.
Access may be limited or suspended if there is non-payment, misuse, security risk, or another material breach that threatens the service or other customers.
BeBee Order aims to provide a dependable service, but the platform is still subject to internet, device, operator, and third-party dependencies outside direct control.
Questions about scope, package fit, or commercial terms should be raised with BeBee Order before launch or renewal so both sides share the same expectation.
